What You'll Do7
- 1Build SQL and Python pipelines to extract and clean learner data from multiple sources.
- 2Design and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards tracking engagement, completion, and assessment performance.
- 3Analyze A/B test results to measure the impact of learning features and content changes.
- 4Collaborate with product managers to define key performance indicators for learning outcomes.
- 5Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports for stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
- 6Develop predictive models to identify at-risk learners and recommend interventions.
- 7Document data processes and maintain data dictionaries for the analytics team.
Requirements6
- 13+ years experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably in the learning or edtech domain.
- 2Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- 3Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
- 4Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 5Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
