Data Analyst II, SQL & Visualization
Overview
You will own end-to-end data analysis for ad-hoc and standing requests, turning raw data into decisions for management and customers. You will build SQL queries, Python scripts, and Power BI dashboards to surface trends and anomalies. You will join a tight-knit analytics team embedded in a AWS environment, collaborating with engineers and business stakeholders. What You'll Do6
- 1Build SQL queries to extract and aggregate data from Snowflake and Redshift for ad-hoc requests.
- 2Design Power BI dashboards that track KPIs and product metrics, delivering insights weekly.
- 3Develop Python scripts to automate data validation and cleaning processes for core datasets.
- 4Evaluate data quality across source systems and document issues for engineering teams.
- 5Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical projects and visual stories.
- 6Maintain and enhance ETL workflows using dbt to support recurring reporting needs.
Requirements6
- 13+ years in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- 2Proficiency in SQL for complex joins and window functions.
- 3Experience with Python for data manipulation and automation.
- 4Hands-on Power BI or Tableau dashboard development.
- 5Familiarity with AWS services like S3 and Redshift.
- 6Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
