Overview
You own the reporting and analytics backbone for banking and payments platforms at AaraTechnologies Inc. Working with transaction datasets, you build dashboards and KPI reports that drive decisions for business and analytics teams. What You'll Do6
- 1Analyze banking and transaction data using SQL and Excel to identify trends and anomalies.
- 2Build interactive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to visualize key performance indicators.
- 3Support monthly KPI reporting for banking operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- 4Collaborate with business teams to define reporting requirements and translate them into data models.
- 5Debug data quality issues in transaction feeds and implement validation checks.
- 6Document data definitions and reporting processes for repeatable analytics workflows.
Requirements6
- 12-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in banking or financial services.
- 2Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and Excel for advanced analysis.
- 3Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation.
- 4Strong understanding of banking metrics such as transaction volume, chargebacks, and settlement.
- 5Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
