What You'll Do9

  • 1Define and maintain the data and analytics architecture for the IAPI Manufacturing Site
  • 2Design and build enterprise data models for functional operational and analytical environments
  • 3Lead data planning and modeling to set overall strategy for the Tech@Lilly organization
  • 4Drive structure for self‑service analytics to empower business agility
  • 5Partner with global functions to explore advanced analytics capabilities
  • 6Continuously scan technology environment for emerging trends and techniques
  • 7Synthesize scalable solutions for Lilly data integration
  • 8Enable operational sustainability through robust data governance
  • 9Manage cross‑functional teams and mentor junior staff

Requirements6

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related STEM field
  • 210 years of progressive experience designing building and maintaining data and analytics architecture in pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • 3Minimum 10 years of experience with formal project management methodologies and agile frameworks such as Scrum Kanban or SAFe
  • 4Extensive background in data modeling and proficiency with SQL Developer DBeaver TOAD Denodo
  • 5Seven years of experience applying at least two of the following: statistical methods data modeling ontology development semantic graphic construction linked data or relational schema design
  • 6Travel up to 10 percent domestically and internationally may be required
