What You'll Do11
- 1Stock dairy and freezer sections according to planograms to maintain visual standards
- 2Maintain cold chain integrity and monitor temperature control
- 3Apply FIFO rotation procedures to reduce waste and preserve product quality
- 4Conduct regular quality and date inspections to uphold food safety
- 5Ensure accurate signage and pricing for all items
- 6Support seasonal merchandising initiatives to drive sales
- 7Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- 8Assist with replenishment efforts to maintain full inventory
- 9Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations
- 10Demonstrate inclusive behavior and foster collaborative environment
- 11Greet members and address their needs promptly
Requirements11
- 11+ year experience in dairy, freezer, grocery, or retail operations preferred
- 2Basic knowledge of cold chain management and food safety standards
- 3Strong attention to detail with organizational and multitasking abilities
- 4Proficiency in MS Word Excel and email systems
- 5Minimum age 18 years old
- 6Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- 7Exposure to temperature variations and cleaning agents
- 8Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT valued
- 9Commitment to safety protocols and sanitation compliance
- 10Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
- 11Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
