What You'll Do11
- 1Stock all dairy and freezer products according to planograms to maintain visual standards and member satisfaction.
- 2Maintain cold chain integrity by monitoring temperature controls and replenishing items to ensure freshness.
- 3Apply FIFO rotation procedures to minimize waste and preserve product quality.
- 4Conduct regular quality checks to remove expired or damaged items and uphold safety protocols.
- 5Follow sanitation standards for cleaners, freezers, and shelving to prevent contamination.
- 6Monitor in-stock levels and assist with replenishment to keep departments fully stocked.
- 7Verify correct signage and pricing to prevent member confusion during checkout.
- 8Support seasonal merchandising initiatives that drive sales and enhance shopping experiences.
- 9Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures for operational consistency.
- 10Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals and team collaboration.
- 11Maintain regular attendance and demonstrate reliability for shift coverage.
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of relevant retail experience
- 3Strong knowledge of cold chain management and food safety standards
- 4Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 5Ability to lift 30 pounds regularly with occasional heavier assistance
- 6Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with temperature variations
- 7Commitment to inclusive behavior and ethical decision-making
- 8Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
- 9Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- 10Valid driver’s license required for onsite duties
- 11Passion for customer service and creating memorable member experiences
