Overview
This role owns the client service experience and sales growth for a Farmers Insurance agency in Austin, handling inbound requests and proactive sales. You will work alongside a tight-knit team to retain and expand a book of business across auto, home, renters, life, and business lines. The position offers Mon-Fri schedule and room to grow into leadership within the agency.
What You'll Do6
- 1Greet and assist clients by phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
- 2Handle policy inquiries, billing questions, claims assistance, and policy changes.
- 3Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- 4Educate clients on insurance options (auto, home, renters, life, business).
- 5Support agency marketing campaigns and community outreach efforts.

Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- 2Prior customer service experience.
- 3Hold or obtain a Property Casualty insurance license (Life Health license a plus).
- 4Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 5Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use CRM/agency management systems.
- 7Bilingual a plus.
