Our office is rapidly expanding and requires a representative to integrate into our existing team. This full-time position involves exceeding client service standards while supporting prospect outreach. No previous experience is required.
What You'll Do17
- 1Provide client service and account management
- 2Manage Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts
- 3Serve as primary contact for coverage billing and policy inquiries
- 4Conduct coverage reviews and recommend policy options
- 5Maintain strong client relationships for retention and cross-selling
- 6Process endorsements renewals cancellations reinstatements and certificates of insurance
- 7Prepare proposals quotes and policy comparisons
- 8Review policies for accuracy and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
- 9Assist with renewal marketing efforts
- 10Communicate with carriers to negotiate coverage and resolve issues
- 11Follow up on pending endorsements claims status and policy documentation
- 12Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
- 13Ensure documentation meets regulatory and Georgia insurance standards
- 14Adhere to Georgia insurance compliance requirements
- 15Collaborate with producers and agency leadership to support account growth
- 16Contribute to cross-selling and referral opportunities
- 17Contribute to agency workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction goals
