What You'll Do6
- 1Greet customers and take orders in person and over the phone, entering them into the POS system.
- 2Operate the Olo online ordering platform to process and confirm delivery orders.
- 3Handle cash and card payments, balancing the register at shift end.
- 4Swing phone orders to the oven queue, coordinating with the Makeline team to time food prep.
- 5Assemble delivery orders and pass them to drivers, checking accuracy against the Delivery Experience Tracker.
- 6Maintain lobby and counter cleanliness, restocking napkins and condiments during idle time.
Requirements6
- 11+ years customer service experience in food or retail.
- 2Cash handling accuracy and attention to detail.
- 3Ability to work weekends and evening shifts.
- 4Basic computer skills for POS and online order systems.
- 5Must be at least 16 years old.
- 6Comfortable standing for full shifts and moving quickly.
