Customer Service Rep, Pizza Delivery & In-Store Operations
Overview
You will own daily store operations at a Domino's franchise, handling orders, food prep, and pizza delivery. You will work with a small team to keep the store running. This role requires 2+ years in fast-paced food service, with hands-on training provided.
What You'll Do9
- 1Operate all equipment including pizza ovens, dough sheeters, and slicers.
- 2Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- 3Prepare product following Domino's quality standards.
- 4Receive and process telephone orders using POS systems.
- 5Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- 6Clean equipment and facility daily, including walk-in coolers and work surfaces.
- 7Deliver pizzas within designated area using a company vehicle or personal car.
- 8Handle cash and make correct change using POS calculators.
- 9Maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours, processing multiple orders simultaneously.
Requirements9
- 12+ years in food service or customer-facing roles.
- 2Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
- 3Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- 4Motor coordination to make precise movements with speed.
- 5Ability to enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
- 6Comfort with varying temperatures: from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in work areas.
- 7Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry trays weighing 12 pounds each.
- 8Willingness to navigate stairs and climb ladders during deliveries.
- 9Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for deliveries.
