Overview
You will own the front-of-house experience at a high-volume Domino's franchise, handling phone orders, payment, and food prep with speed and accuracy. You'll work alongside a tight-knit crew, managing the flow from the walk-in cooler to the oven and out the door. This role demands physical stamina and precision, with exposure to hot surfaces, 500-degree ovens, and cramped quarters. You'll master the POS system and pizza oven within your first 90 days, becoming the go-to person for order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do8
- 1Operate all equipment, including POS touch screen, pizza oven, and rolling cutter
- 2Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- 3Prepare product, from dough stretching to topping and baking
- 4Receive and process telephone orders using telephone and TDD equipment
- 5Take inventory and complete associated paperwork with pencil/pen and calculator
- 6Clean equipment and facility daily, including work surfaces and low areas
- 7Deliver pizzas within designated area, navigating stairs and adverse weather
- 8Handle cash and make correct monetary change using calculator
