Overview
As a Customer Service Rep at a busy Domino's Franchise in San Francisco, you own the entire guest experience from phone to door. - 8Hand out flyers and door hangers; collect payments via card reader.
Requirements10
- 16+ months in fast-food or retail customer service.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Math skills to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and make change.
- 4Verbal and written English for phone and in-person orders.
- 5Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- 6Ability to lift 50 lbs cases and carry 30 lbs pizza sauce.
- 7Work in 90°F+ heat and 36°F cooler; sudden temperature changes.
- 8Stand for 8-hour shifts; bend, reach, and stoop continuously.
- 9Basic computer skills for order entry and touch screen.
- 10Pass background check and drug test.
