What You'll Do10

  • 1Take phone orders with a friendly and professional tone, entering them accurately into the POS system within 2 minutes per call.
  • 2Prepare food products including pizzas, sides, and sandwiches, following Domino's recipes and portion guides.
  • 3Operate the Makeline, oven, and slicer, ensuring food quality and safety standards.
  • 4Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, rotating stock by date.
  • 5Clean equipment and facility daily, including the Makeline, oven, and prep tables, to meet health code standards.
  • 6Assist with order packing and handoff to delivery drivers, verifying accuracy and hot-bagging.
  • 7Support in-store customers at the front counter, resolving issues with a smile.
  • 8Follow cash handling procedures when processing payments via card or cash.
  • 9Maintain a clean and organized front counter and lobby area throughout your shift.
  • 10Complete daily prep list and closing checklist tasks, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
