What You'll Do11
- 1Ensure each guest entering the FBO hotel has an exceptional experience
- 2Answer incoming guest telephone calls professionally
- 3Negotiate rental contracts and manage all paperwork accurately
- 4Respond to inquiries via multiple channels promptly and courteously
- 5Assist guests with information about Go Rentals products services and policies
- 6Clean and detail vehicles ensuring thorough cleaning by close of business
- 7Prepare and present vehicles ready for rental
- 8Provide pickup and drop off service for guests
- 9Grow guest base by building rapport with key guests and identifying new opportunities
- 10Maintain excellent communication skills following verbal and written instructions
- 11Follow safety protocols and understand company guidelines
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2Valid unrestricted driver's license with one to two years driving experience
- 3Uninsurable must be covered by insurance provider
- 4Minimum age 21 years old
- 5Excellent communication skills
- 6Experience in sales customer service aviation auto rental hospitality preferred
- 7Willingness to travel extended periods
- 8Smartphone/tablet/technology savvy preferred
- 9College degree preferred
- 10Basic English proficiency sufficient to communicate effectively
