Customer Education Trainer - Clarivate Solutions
Overview
We seek a Customer Education Trainer to support Life Sciences and Healthcare clients focusing on discovery and preclinical solutions. This role reports to the Director of Education and combines scientific expertise with communication skills. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor helping researchers maximize Clarivate solutions while promoting AI-assisted workflows. Collaboration with sales customer success and product managers ensures alignment with business objectives.
What You'll Do11
- 1Develop high-quality educational programs tailored to diverse customer personas showcasing real-world workflows and AI capabilities
- 2Deliver engaging training sessions for varied audiences driving product adoption and business outcomes
- 3Educate customers on AI-powered features and prompting techniques to build confidence in AI-assisted processes
- 4Support creation of in-product and self-service learning experiences including AI-assisted content
- 5Partner with customer success teams to prioritize activities and identify service needs
- 6Work with product management to share customer feedback and influence development
- 7Maintain deep expertise in Clarivate solutions industry trends and AI applications in life sciences
- 8Leverage AI tools in personal workflow and establish best practices for the team
- 9Travel to client sites for training engagements
- 10Design and execute onboarding resources aligned with customer goals
- 11Collaborate globally across time zones while adhering to hybrid work arrangements
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences Biology Molecular Biology Pharmacology Drug Discovery Preclinical Research or related field
- 2Minimum 5 years relevant experience with strong scientific knowledge
- 3Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into accessible content
- 4Strong understanding of discovery and preclinical R&D processes
- 5Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude ChatGPT and Copilot
- 6Knowledge of generative AI concepts
- 7Proven organizational and project management abilities
- 8Self-motivated with independent and collaborative work style
- 9Experience presenting to diverse audiences from one-on-one sessions to large virtual events
- 10Experience with AI tools in professional workflow and ability to identify best practices
Salary Insight
$68 - $85k per year
