Overview
Drive customer growth sales performance and profitability partner with Commercial Service Center Manager. This role supports execution of sales strategies manages profit margins payroll and controllable expenses while leading the commercial team and overseeing day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do5
- 1Conduct outbound sales calls generate and cultivate leads prepare quotes process orders and support inventory management
- 2Stock merchandise load and unload trucks operate a forklift assist customers with product selection coordinate and complete deliveries maintain facility standards open and close location ensure compliance with policies safety standards and operational procedures
- 3Achieve or exceed assigned sales budgets and performance goals drive year-over-year growth in customer count and revenue deliver exceptional customer service to commercial clients create at least 10 qualified sales leads per week meet or exceed client retention targets secure new business by opening a minimum of two new accounts per week monitor inventory levels conduct weekly spot counts and maintain inventory accuracy achieve APC goals through effective upselling and add-on sales
- 4Oversee facility maintenance equipment repairs safety programs and DOT compliance
- 5Lead the commercial team oversee day-to-day operations
Requirements6
- 1Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- 2Minimum of 1 year of swimming pool industry experience or 2 years of strong sales experience
- 3At least 2 years of retail and/or operations experience
- 4Strong customer service and communication skills
- 5Proficient with computers and business software
- 6Prior management experience is a plus
