What You'll Do11

- 2Iterate with Deal Leads on pitch narratives considering accuracy brand standards and audience calibration
- 3Translate complex business model trade-offs into decision-ready options for senior leadership
- 4Surface inbound opportunities and source outbound targets using market intelligence alliance intel and VC portfolio scanning
- 5Coordinate cross-functional efforts and senior stakeholders without direct authority
- 6Demonstrate comfort operating under ambiguity and tight deadlines
- 7Coordinate across enabling functions and stakeholders without direct authority
- 8Act as PM for agentic workflow domains using Claude and agentic tooling
- 9Conduct financial modeling for complex deal structures
- 10Maintain familiarity with AI/GenAI/Agents data platforms and SaaS products
- 11Travel 10-20% based on client and industry demands
Requirements8
- 12+ years constructing financial models market sizing and structured analyses with limited oversight
- 24+ years producing executive-ready materials in slide and document formats
- 35+ years relevant experience in strategy innovation corporate development M&A or venture investing
- 4Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsor requirement
- 5MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 64+ years prior experience in strategy consulting investment banking corporate development or similar analytical-execution roles
- 7International experience or cross-cultural operation capability
- 8Background working in startups new ventures or innovation labs
