What You'll Do9
- 1Handle counter transactions with a fast, friendly approach to ensure each guest leaves satisfied.
- 2Greet every customer with a smile and respond promptly to their needs and requests.
- 3Communicate clearly and courteously with each customer to deliver a personalized experience.
- 4Team up with coworkers to serve each customer quickly, keeping the line moving.
- 5Resolve customer problems with a sense of urgency, turning complaints into loyalty.
- 6Complete all work assignments with excellence, from wrapping desserts to restocking supplies.
- 7Arrange desserts on display and monitor inventory to keep the case full and inviting.
- 8Keep workstations and areas neat and clean, meeting health code standards.
- 9Stand and walk for 3-5 hour stretches, lifting up to moderate weights as needed.
