Requirements4
- 1Primarily experience at a law firm in corporate/M&A or transactional work, with a minimum of 2 years (3+ preferred)
- 2Qualified to practice in Spain with strong knowledge of Spanish corporate and commercial law
- 3Native or fluent Spanish with precise written communication
- 4Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow a rubric
