What You'll Do5
- 1Lead and develop Controllers and AR teams; build scalable structures and succession plans
- 2Oversee consolidated financial reporting (monthly quarterly annual) in accordance with GAAP; maintain internal controls and lead audits
- 3Ensure full tax regulatory and fiduciary compliance including Medicaid cost reports and state filings
- 4Drive AR operations with focus on Medicaid and managed-care collections cash flow forecasting and continuous improvement
- 5Serve as key finance leader in Workday ERP implementation overseeing design decisions testing protocols data conversion accuracy and process standardization
Requirements5
- 1Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2Experience 10+ years progressive accounting finance including 5+ years leadership with teams processes and financial oversight
- 3Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP internal controls and financial reporting with focus on accuracy and compliance in regulated environments
- 4Advanced skills in Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook Teams SharePoint for data analysis reporting and collaboration
- 5Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP Sage Peachtree Workday or similar platforms
