What You'll Do9
- 1Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef
- 2Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes
- 3Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets
- 4Taste completed meals to ensure quality
- 5Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use
- 6Store label date all food items according to policy
- 7Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply
- 8Resolve customer concerns efficiently
- 9Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 1Prior culinary prep experience with high volume production preference
- 25+ years working in food service
- 3Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
- 4Ability to follow strict health regulations
- 5Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset
