What You'll Do9
- 1Prepare and cook soups sauces salads entrees and catering items under chef manager direction
- 2Set up stations with appropriate equipment and food as directed
- 3Maintain clean safe work area following health safety and food handling regulations
- 4Provide courteous customer service at all times
- 5Receive unpack rotate and store deliveries promptly
- 6Adhere to COVID‑19 workplace safety and sanitation standards
- 7Follow client and company protocols
- 8Stand for extended periods and lift 35 lbs to waist height
- 9Implement improve daily menus and drive program success
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in hospitality
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified relevant experience
- 5Strong knowledge of verbal and written food recipes cooking techniques and health regulations
