
Contract Management Specialist, Communications & Entertainment
Overview
The role owns contract review and management across entertainment, corporate, lifestyle, and social good clients at scale. You will partner with PR, talent, brand, and finance teams to ensure contracts align with client goals and mitigate risk. You will work in a small, relationship-driven firm with a remote-friendly culture that values mentorship and internal growth. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain standard contract templates tailored for services
- 2Design and update the internal contract checklist to ensure compliance
- 3Lead due diligence for new clients using a structured intake process
- 4Meet with business partners to learn services and inform contracting decisions
- 5Ensure contracts align with client and company goals and flag potential risks
- 6Manage contracting workflow between client teams, finance, and partners and resolve standard comments
- 7Monitor contract performance and liaise with finance on terms and expenses
- 8Collaborate with talent and brand teams to implement influencer and sponsorship arrangements
- 9Establish and maintain contract management processes including renewals and changes in client structure
- 10Alert leadership to novel contractual issues and coordinate proactive resolutions
Requirements10
- 1At least 3 years of experience in a contracts management role
- 2Strong knowledge of contract law
- 3Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 5Persuasive negotiation skills and sound judgement
- 6Bachelor’s degree in business or law
- 7Ability to collaborate across PR, talent, brand, and finance teams
- 8Comfort with remote and distributed team environments
- 9Interest in delivering above and beyond expectations
