What You'll Do11
- 1Review menus and production schedules to determine ingredient quantities and plan cooking schedules
- 2Measure and combine ingredients for precise preparation of hot and cold items
- 3Cook regular and dietary menu items according to established recipes
- 4Ensure timely preparation of menu items and adjust production based on consumption
- 5Monitor inventory levels and requisition supplies from the storeroom
- 6Inspect storage areas and maintain clean sanitary conditions
- 7Stock refrigerators freezers and cabinets as needed
- 8Complete daily temperature reports and checklists
- 9Organize and supervise a Food Service Worker
- 10Call in work orders and ensure adherence to health standards
- 11Track food waste to optimize utilization of supplies
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School diploma or GED preferred
- 3Basic math skills required
- 4Two to three years food production experience in an institutional setting
- 5Rotating shift schedule with flexible hours
