What You'll Do6
- 1Evaluate complex consumer and account circumstances and apply appropriate judgment-based decisions
- 2Address fraud balance disputes identity theft validation & statement requests and SCRA-relief
- 3Act as the over-the-phone point of contact for consumers and representatives during special circumstances
- 4Review work queue and promptly process written requests related to fraud balance disputes identity theft and SCRA-relief
- 5Fulfill consumer requests for media or account validation
- 6Represent PCA and its clients in a consumer-centric and brand-conscious way
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2Administrative or customer service experience required with 1-3 years in financial services preferred
- 3Previous experience in a third-party collection agency with deep understanding of client standards is required
- 4Experience with MS Office products especially MS Word and Excel
- 5Quality assurance audit driven mindset with ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- 6Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- 7Ability to accurately read and understand cursive handwriting
- 8Flexibility to prioritize workload according to challenging deadlines
- 9Ability to work well under pressure in a highly regulated environment
- 10Drive to improve business quality through personal effort
- 11Receive and apply constructive balanced feedback
