- 10Develop and maintain weekly schedules shared with partners

Requirements10
- 15+ years managing construction superintendent roles in commercial settings
- 23-5 seasons leading large projects
- 3OSHA 30 certification required
- 4Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office
- 5Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites
- 6Strong blueprint interpretation skills
- 7Commitment to safety regulations and enforcement
- 8Experience with federal government projects preferred
- 9Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- 10Ability to solve complex problems under pressure
