- 3Run pre-planning safety meetings with subcontractor competent persons, establishing site-specific procedures.
- 4Conduct weekly safety meetings with subcontractor reps to reinforce awareness and compliance.
- 5Drive compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and all local, state, federal regulations.
- 6Investigate incidents and near-misses, determine root cause, issue corrective action reports.
- 7Execute formal weekly jobsite inspections with project staff, documenting and correcting violations.
- 8Enforce Beck's Drug and Alcohol Policy, including site drug testing.
- 9Deliver safety training and orientation for employees and trade partners.
- 10Use Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, and CMiC to manage safety documentation and data.
Requirements5
- 15-8 years of progressive construction safety experience, including leadership.
- 2Expert knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and applicable regulations.
- 3BCSP CHST certification or higher.
- 4Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 5Proficiency in Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, and CMiC.
