- 6Notify registrar of roster changes
- 7Prevent inadmissible students from entering class until cleared
- 8Maintain fair grading scheme adhering to university policies
- 9Update attendance and grades weekly ensuring physical records stay on campus
- 10Conduct class according to schedule avoiding excessive breaks
- 11Arrive 20 minutes early fully prepared and available 15 minutes prior for questions
- 12Submit grades by Monday 5pm EST after each term
- 13Ensure student adherence to university policies and maintain clean classrooms
- 14Complete annual professional development plans
- 15Tutor students as needed

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2PhD in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture Engineering or related field
- 34+ years proven practical experience in Construction Management Project Management Commercial Construction LEED
