What You'll Do11
- 1Install bird netting and spikes in commercial facilities using aerial lifts and scaffolding
- 2Maintain customer relations and leave premises clean after service
- 3Communicate property actions to customers and report issues immediately
- 4Participate in team meetings to improve service delivery
- 5Train colleagues on bird and bat application techniques
- 6Develop preventive strategies for customer bird problems
- 7Complete initial and ongoing technical training
- 8Keep equipment and vehicle clean for safety and appearance
- 9Assist sales and management with account reviews
- 10Ensure timely completion of customer and administrative reports
- 11Operate aerial work platforms and handle power equipment
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED requirement listed
- 2Physical ability to enter crawl spaces and work at heights up to 60 feet
- 3Valid driver’s license from state of residence
- 4Certification in Aerial Work Platforms and Hilti power actuated equipment
- 5Experience with power tools and small hand/power equipment
- 6Flexibility with working hours and ability to travel nationally
- 7Willingness to work nights and weekends when required
- 8Industry licenses as needed
- 9Ability to tolerate varied environmental conditions
- 10Commitment to safety and professional standards
