Configuration Analyst - Infor CPQ
Overview
The Configuration Analyst supports and maintains the Infor CPQ product configuration environment in a manufacturing setting. This role develops technical skills while aligning configurable product offerings with business requirements and customer expectations. You will collaborate with Sales Operations and IT to ensure accurate configurations.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist in maintaining product configuration rules pricing logic and quoting workflows within the Infor CPQ platform
- 2Develop foundational understanding of configurable product structures within manufacturing environments
- 3Build proficiency in scripting or programming concepts and gain familiarity with relational databases data structures and system integrations
- 4Ensure configuration logic aligns with engineering specifications bill of materials structures routings and production capabilities
- 5Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to validate configuration accuracy
- 6Translate business and technical requirements into clear configuration rules
- 7Diagnose CPQ-related issues test solutions and document resolutions
- 8Work with stakeholders from Sales Manufacturing and IT to gather requirements communicate progress and maintain consistency across product families
- 9Participate in configuration lifecycle management version control testing and documentation
- 10Pursue training certifications and hands-on practice to expand expertise
- 11Maintain accurate and timely support for internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in manufacturing engineering or production environments
- 3AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent certification
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 53-5 seasons experience in manufacturing engineering or production environments
- 6Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field
- 7Exposure to ERP systems Infor CSI Syteline preferred
- 8Experience with Infor CPQ or other rules-based configuration platforms is a strong advantage
- 9Windows manufacturer background is ideal
- 10Ability to solve problems independently and manage multiple priorities
