Overview
Supervise on-site concession stand operations in Hopedale and Franklin ensuring cleanliness product quality inventory customer service stand safety food safety and alcohol service. Manage staff schedules maintain compliance with health regulations and develop promotional strategies.
What You'll Do9
- 1Supervise day-to-day operations of concession stands ensuring smooth efficient service
- 2Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- 3Recruit hire and train concession stand staff provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- 4Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- 5Monitor and enforce food safety and sanitation standards following health department regulations
- 6Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
- 7Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies and enhance customer satisfaction
- 8Perform regular inspections of concession stands to ensure cleanliness organization and compliance with safety standards
- 9Prepare and analyze sales and inventory reports to identify opportunities for improvement and cost control
Requirements8
- 1HS diploma or equivalent
- 2Serve Safe Certified or willingness to become certified
- 3Previous experience in food handling sanitation and customer service
- 4Detail oriented ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced changing environment
- 5Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and long hours
- 6Previous experience in a supervisory role within a food service environment
- 7Strong organizational and time management skills
- 8Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead and motivate a team
