What You'll Do9
- 1Service diagnose and repair air compressors pumps gearboxes and other rotating equipment
- 2Identify and sell repairs upgrades and preventive maintenance
- 3Complete accurate service reports and maintain compliance
- 4Keep service vehicle stocked with tools and parts
- 5Respond to urgent calls and minimize downtime
- 6Represent OTC professionally and build strong customer relationships
- 7Follow safety protocols and stay current through ongoing training
- 8Handle emergency service calls with speed and precision
- 9Be flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities
Requirements7
- 15+ years experience in rotary screw oil-free and/or oil-flooded air compressor service
- 2High school diploma or GED
- 3Strong communication skills
- 4Self-starter with positive attitude and organized work habits
- 5Valid driver's license able to pass drug test and background check
- 6Physical ability to sit stand and bend for extended periods
- 7Coachable and eager to learn
