What You'll Do5
- 1Oversee administration management supervision and development of competency restoration programs across multiple locations
- 2Design and standardize Jail Based Competency Treatment models including clinical protocols treatment pathways and operational workflows
- 3Ensure compliance with state regulations accreditation standards contractual requirements and licensing standards
- 4Develop staffing models support program implementation assist with budgeting and forecasting contribute to RFPs and new business opportunities
- 5Provide clinical leadership through supervision training mentoring quality monitoring performance improvement initiatives and corrective action planning
Requirements5
- 1Doctorate in Psychology with minimum 5 years professional experience in correctional healthcare
- 2Trained and independently licensed psychologist practicing in relevant state(s)
- 3Current CPR certification
- 4Minimum 5 years experience developing and managing competency restoration programs
- 5Multi-site support experience preferred
