Overview
Seeking a compassionate professional to deliver personalized support for individuals with intellectual developmental and physical disabilities in Pittsburgh. This role focuses on fostering independence through skill development and employment integration. Candidates will work onsite Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling.
What You'll Do5
- 1Provide direct assistance with daily living tasks such as community engagement meal planning and financial literacy
- 2Guide participants in career exploration job searches and application processes
- 3Deliver targeted job coaching to enhance workplace readiness
- 4Utilize BCRC’s proprietary software to track participant progress and outcomes
- 5Maintain accurate documentation of individual achievements and goals
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or GED requirement
- 2Valid driver’s license
- 3Prior experience supporting people with disabilities preferred
- 4Ability to commit to full-time schedule
- 5Strong communication and organizational abilities
