What You'll Do8

  • 1Act as liaison between the Board committees homeowners and vendors
  • 2Oversee Association administration according to company policies procedures and management agreement
  • 3Perform direct administrative management duties as requested by the Board
  • 4Attend board membership meetings and prepare related documents
  • 5Provide professional support to Board owners and vendors
  • 6Manage budgets prepare reserve studies code invoice approvals review monthly financial reports and counsel the Board
  • 7Conduct regular site visits of association properties and enforce rules and regulations
  • 8Oversee maintenance through work orders bid collection project oversight and vendor interaction
