What You'll Do8
- 1Act as liaison between the Board committees homeowners and vendors
- 2Oversee Association administration according to company policies procedures and management agreement
- 3Perform direct administrative management duties as requested by the Board
- 4Attend board membership meetings and prepare related documents
- 5Provide professional support to Board owners and vendors
- 6Manage budgets prepare reserve studies code invoice approvals review monthly financial reports and counsel the Board
- 7Conduct regular site visits of association properties and enforce rules and regulations
- 8Oversee maintenance through work orders bid collection project oversight and vendor interaction
