What You'll Do11
- 1Introduce and promote home care services throughout the community
- 2Develop professional relationships with local facilities and healthcare providers
- 3Visit group living facilities to provide service information
- 4Represent the agency at community events and health fairs
- 5Distribute marketing materials and follow up with referral sources
- 6Assist with phone and email outreach and social media management
- 7Accompany administrator during client visits and support new client onboarding
- 8Maintain professional records of outreach activities and referrals
- 9Perform administrative and outreach duties remotely when appropriate
- 10Represent the agency professionally and represent it in community settings
- 11Develop outreach strategies to grow referral partnerships in Las Vegas
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2College students and recent graduates encouraged
- 3Experience in marketing, customer service, community outreach, senior care, healthcare, or sales
- 4Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- 5Ability to work independently and follow up consistently
- 6Basic computer, email, virtual-meeting, and social-media skills
- 7Reliable internet access and appropriate remote workspace
- 8Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 9Familiarity with Las Vegas healthcare and senior care community
- 10Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual
Salary Insight
