- 1Serve as primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients delivering prompt professional service

- 4Assist clients with coverage questions billing inquiries and daily account servicing
- 5Identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend additional coverage

- 8Own and scale accounts while meeting performance goals

Requirements8
- 15+ years building commercial insurance accounts with Spark and Airflow
- 2Active California Property Casualty License
- 3Prior insurance agency experience in personal or commercial lines
- 4Excellent customer service communication and relationship-building abilities
- 5Confident self-starter who thrives independently yet values teamwork
- 6Strong organizational skills multitasking and follow-through
- 7Exceptional business writing editing capabilities
