What You'll Do9

  • 1Deliver proactive service to clients and internal teams, resolving service requests within 24 hours
  • 2Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements with accuracy using AMS360 and Epic
  • 3Manage certificates, ID cards, binders, and invoices, ensuring documentation accuracy for new and renewal business
  • 4Prepare submissions and proposals for underwriters, gathering necessary documentation and loss runs
  • 5Maintain client and policy data in agency management systems, tracking activities and deadlines
  • 6Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections to minimize errors and omissions exposure
  • 7Independently manage renewals for low to medium complexity accounts, negotiating coverage and pricing with carriers
  • 8Lead renewal strategy and execution for complex accounts, providing coverage analysis and advisory support
  • 9Mentor junior staff, reviewing their work and guiding technical development

Requirements8

  • 15+ years of commercial insurance experience, preferably in transportation and trucking
  • 2Active P&C License required
  • 3Experience with AMS360 and Epic agency management systems
  • 4Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • 5Strong understanding of commercial auto, general liability, and cargo coverages
  • 6Ability to work onsite at the Columbus, Ohio branch, with potential hybrid flexibility
  • 7Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 8Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or CPCU designation preferred
