Overview
We seek a skilled Commercial HVAC Test & Balance Technician to lead system performance optimization nationwide. This role offers paid training and a clear path to NEBB certification. Candidates will test adjust balance HVAC systems across diverse projects while traveling across the United States. The position provides competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
What You'll Do9
- 1Test adjust and balance commercial HVAC systems
- 2Perform HVAC equipment surveys and document field conditions
- 3Measure airflow temperature humidity and system performance using specialized instruments
- 4Communicate effectively with trades including controls plumbing electrical and mechanical teams
- 5Maintain professional job-site etiquette and adhere to OSHA safety guidelines
- 6Travel nationwide with potential assignments of 2-3 weeks on the road followed by one week off
- 7Report test data with complete accuracy
- 8Own training and progress toward NEBB Certified Technician status
- 9Drive company vehicles safely and maintain equipment
Requirements9
- 121 years or older with high school diploma or GED
- 2Excellent driving record
- 3Strong desire to learn and grow in HVAC industry
- 4Ability to travel nationwide for extended periods
- 5Good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
- 6Self-motivated with strong work ethic and integrity
- 7Excellent time management critical thinking and organization skills
- 8Command of English language both written and verbal
- 9OSHA 10 Construction Safety & Health online certificate prior to start

$46 - $73k per year
