What You'll Do8
- 1Install, maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units, air handlers, ductwork, and refrigeration systems for commercial clients.
- 2Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, providing cost-effective solutions within the first 90 days of employment.
- 3Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure peak performance and energy efficiency.
- 4Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local codes and safety regulations, documenting each job accurately.
- 5Explain issues and solutions to clients clearly, delivering outstanding customer service in every interaction.
- 6Keep precise records of service calls, maintenance work, and repairs using the company's digital tracking system.
- 7Collaborate with the service team to maintain consistent, high-quality service across all jobs.
- 8Participate in an on-call rotation to support urgent client needs outside regular hours.
Requirements7
- 13+ years of proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician, with strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- 2Valid HVAC certification (NATE, EPA, or equivalent).
- 3Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- 4Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail in every repair and installation.
- 5Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude, able to explain technical solutions in plain language.
- 6Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as you will operate a company vehicle.
- 7Physical capability to lift and carry 85 lbs of equipment and tools on a daily basis.
