What You'll Do9

  • 1Diagnose equipment failures and determine effective repair solutions for HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • 2Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration issues and perform service repairs
  • 3Complete preventative maintenance and service calls on commercial equipment
  • 4Evaluate equipment performance and identify potential problems in chilled water systems and refrigeration
  • 5Document service calls, repairs, and equipment information using company technology
  • 6Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers and maintain professional field presence
  • 7Collaborate with other technicians to uphold high service standards
  • 8Maintain accurate records and ensure safe, compliant work practices
  • 9Assist with diagnosing complex system issues and proposing long-term solutions

Requirements10

  • 13 – 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
  • 2Strong troubleshooting abilities for commercial HVAC systems
  • 3Experience with chilled water systems and refrigeration
  • 4EPA Universal Certification and Texas Technician Registration
  • 5Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 6Preferred: ice machine experience and advanced refrigeration experience
  • 7HVAC trade school education or formal technical training
  • 8Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • 9Comfort with Monday–Friday schedule and overtime as needed
  • 10Experience documenting service activity using company technology
