What You'll Do8
- 1Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for commercial and residential HVAC projects
- 2Analyze blueprints specifications and other documents to determine scope of work and materials needed
- 3Source and obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
- 4Collaborate with project managers engineers and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals and budget
- 5Maintain and update a database of material costs labor rates and historical project data
- 6Identify potential risks and opportunities that may affect project costs
- 7Present and review estimates with management and clients
- 8Lead efforts to streamline estimation processes and improve efficiency
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading complex projects
- 3AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 55+ years experience with Python and AWS
- 6Proven expertise in React and Kubernetes
- 7Strong analytical skills with Excel and SQL
- 8Excellent communication abilities
- 9Detail-oriented mindset with high accuracy standards
Salary Insight
$62 - $125k per year
