Overview
Ace Electric seeks a skilled Commercial Electrician based in Columbus Ohio to join our local workforce. What You'll Do11
- 1Adhere to Ace Electric’s Safety Program while executing tasks
- 2Install conduit wiring and terminate panels according to superintendent specifications
- 3Coordinate electrical work with other trade professionals
- 4Utilize mathematical reasoning to calculate conduit measurements and material quantities
- 5Visualize 3D structures from construction drawings and coordinate hidden wiring installations
- 6Direct electrician helpers and apprentices as directed by management
- 7Perform conduit bending cutting threading and assembly using specialized tools
- 8Pull and terminate branch and feeder conductors for lighting and motor systems
- 9Test circuit integrity using appropriate equipment to verify safety compliance
- 10Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults through systematic diagnosis
- 11Maintain accurate documentation of all installation activities
Requirements8
- 1Valid state driver’s license and OSHA 10 certification
- 2Minimum 5 years electrical experience with preference for commercial projects
- 3Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical specifications
- 4Ability to lift 50 pounds and handle repetitive physical tasks
- 5Strong communication skills and reliable transportation capabilities
- 6Experience with conduit bending tools and electrical testing equipment
- 7Willingness to work in varied weather conditions and confined spaces
- 8Commitment to safety protocols and proper PPE usage
