What You'll Do11
- 1Support Commercial Credit Transformation programs including operating model and technology implementations
- 2Design next generation platforms for commercial lending clients
- 3Manage full project lifecycle from client buy-in to execution
- 4Coordinate internal resources and develop next generation credit technology offerings
- 5Act as trusted advisor to C-suite clients addressing critical business problems
- 6Drive business development to generate new client opportunities
- 7Build reputation as industry thought leader in commercial credit technology
- 8Travel up to 80% of the time across United States and Canada
- 9Develop and manage engagements with internal and external stakeholders
- 10Launch new product offerings in the banking industry
- 11Demonstrate expertise in nCino or Salesforce project delivery for commercial lending
Requirements12
- 1Minimum 4.5 years professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with engagement management and business development
- 2Minimum 1 year experience in commercial credit industry or serving commercial credit clients
- 3Proven involvement in nBingo or Salesforce project delivery for commercial lending engagements
- 4Bachelor's degree with advanced degree or financial industry certification preferred
- 5Extensive transformation strategy experience in commercial banking
- 6Track record of leading complex consulting engagements across delivery lifecycle
- 7French language proficiency
- 8Advanced degree or financial industry certification
- 9Experience with Moody’s, Blooma, or Built platforms
- 10Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- 11Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 12Professional integrity and commitment to collaborative environment
