What You'll Do5
- 1Write detailed collision estimates and conduct thorough process reviews
- 2Inspect customer vehicles and complete final paperwork before delivery
- 3Manage total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to clients
- 4Ensure compliance with all Caliber safety protocols and industry standards
- 5Lead efforts to streamline estimation workflows and improve accuracy
Requirements6
- 12+ years of collision estimating experience with sales background preferred
- 2Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage
- 3Possession of a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- 4Ability to lift over 50 lbs and perform physical tasks requiring reach and strength
- 5Proficiency with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- 6Strong sales orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
