Collections Specialist, Utilities Billing & Customer Service

What You'll Do5
- 1Build and manage collections efforts to secure payments and prevent interruption of natural gas service
- 2Drive outcomes that reduce delinquencies within the first 90 days and maintain customer relationships
- 3Coordinate with customers to arrange payment plans and communicate status through approved channels
- 4Monitor accounts for risk of service termination and take timely action to minimize impact
- 5Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance and accurate documentation of payments and communications

- 1Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- 2Must be reliable and punctual for scheduled assignments
- 3Must be able to lift up to 15lbs
- 4Possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 5Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
