What You'll Do8
- 1Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines to produce medical components meeting exact specifications
- 2Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to maintain quality and accuracy
- 3Install tooling and adjust machine settings during initial setup
- 4Perform routine tool changes while monitoring wear patterns
- 5Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment to verify compliance
- 6Troubleshoot minor machining issues and implement process adjustments
- 7Maintain clean organized workspace following medical manufacturing standards
- 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production objectives
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience with Swiss machines like Tsugami Citizen Star
- 3At least 6 months machine setup experience including tooling changes
- 4Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- 5Strong understanding of precision machining and tight tolerance processes
- 6Commitment to quality in regulated manufacturing environments
- 7Experience working in medical device production
