What You'll Do9
- 1Program and operate Zeiss CMM equipment using Calypso software
- 2Develop and optimize CMM inspection programs for new and existing parts
- 3Verify calibration status and ensure measurement accuracy
- 4Interpret complex engineering drawings and CAD models to create inspection routines
- 5Apply GD&T principles to verify part dimensional compliance
- 6Document inspection results and generate detailed reports
- 7Communicate findings to engineering and production teams
- 8Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Engineering and Manufacturing
- 9Maintain a clean safe work environment compliant with standards
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 3 years hands-on CMM programming experience
- 2Zeiss CMM and Calypso software experience preferred
- 3Strong knowledge of GD&T principles
- 4Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings blueprints and CAD models
- 5Proven precision measurement skills and attention to detail
