Clinical Therapist (LPC-A, LPC, LMSW, LCSW) - Dallas/Fort Worth
Overview
You will provide individual therapy and psychosocial assessments to children, adolescents, and adults in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Your caseload spans diverse communities, delivered via in-person and telehealth. You will work within a supportive team that values responsibility, teamwork, and excellence. This role offers a flexible schedule based on client availability and preferences, with part-time and full-time options.
What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients in service and by referral, focusing on culturally sensitive and person-centered care.
- 2Complete psychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning and interventions.
- 3Work with children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based techniques, including play therapy and family therapy as needed.
- 4Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure continuity of care and ethical practice.
- 5Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations.
- 6Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, building mutual trust and respect.
- 7Manage a flexible schedule to accommodate client availability, including some evening or weekend hours.
- 8Participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance service quality and professional development.
Requirements8
- 1LPC-A, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW license in the State of Texas.
- 2Experience providing individual therapy to diverse populations.
- 3Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- 4Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 5Experience with play therapy and family therapy is a strong plus.
- 6Commitment to cultural sensitivity and person-centered care.
- 7Flexibility to adapt to client schedules and availability.
- 8Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Insight
