Overview

Lead clinical supervision for LMSWs within the OMHC program at RTFNetwork. Supervise staff deliver ethical effective compliant services. Drive quality improvements and mentorship. Shape the future of behavioral health through leadership and professional development.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Provide clinical supervision to LMSWs per Maryland Board requirements
  • 2Review sign and verify accuracy of clinical documentation
  • 3Ensure timely completion of duties following RTFNetwork policies
  • 4Support diagnostic formulation treatment planning and evidence-based interventions
  • 5Maintain compliance with COMAR Medicaid and Joint Commission standards
  • 6Collaborate with Lead Mental Health Clinician and interdisciplinary teams
  • 7Offer guidance on risk assessment crisis intervention and ethics
  • 8Assist in onboarding training and development of new clinicians and interns
  • 9Monitor productivity documentation timeliness and quality of care
  • 10Participate in team meetings case consultations and performance improvement initiatives
  • 11Carry a small caseload while supporting operational excellence

Requirements8

  • 1Master of Social Work degree from accredited university
  • 2Active Maryland LCSW-C license in good standing
  • 3Board-approved Clinical Supervisor certification for LMSWs required
  • 4Minimum three years post-licensure clinical experience
  • 5Strong knowledge of DSM-5-TR diagnosis treatment planning and clinical best practices
  • 6Proven experience in OMHC community-based or outpatient behavioral health settings
  • 7Demonstrated leadership organizational and documentation skills
  • 8Ability to support early-career clinicians
